Introducing: Tulsi Gabbard
Tulsi Gabbard doesn't have an issues page. She stands for nothing.
Actually there's an issues website here. It's paid for by "Tulsi Now" and has links to her main campaign website but her campaign page does not link to this issues website so I cannot be 100% on what issues she stands for right now.
Health Care
She co-sponsored a "Medicare for All" act during the 115th Congress. She is currently serving in the 116th Congress but this bill has not been re-introduced. Her not issues issues page states
our present healthcare system is organized by and for the benefit of big insurance and pharmaceutical companies and not the American people, which must be changed
This sounds like she would support single payer however her she has no issues page linked to her new campaign website and she did not respond to the New York Times's questions on health care.
Gabbard is pro-choice.
Climate
She introduced an act during the 115th Congress called the Off Fossil Fuels Act which would move to 100% clean energy by 2035. This act was introduced before the IPCC report came out in 2018 which set more aggressive targets. She is currently serving in the 116th Congress, this bill has not been re-introduced and she has not co-sponsored Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's Green New Deal resolution.
Social Justice
Gabbard did not answer questions from 538 on marijuana legalization. She did introduce an act this year to federally decriminalize marijuana. According to her not issues issues page it would still be up to states to legalize marijuana.
Democracy
According to her not issues issues page she supports campaign finance reform but has no position on breaking up monopolies.
